This cute neck cooler features a mascot shaped like a sheep. *Ice packs are not included!!* Total length: Approximately 50 cm, pocket for ice packs: Approximately 19 cm It has a pocket that can hold two ice packs, each about 9 cm tall, placed end-to-end. The design is such that the ice packs will sit on the back of your neck (nape?). I used this every day last year, so some of you may be familiar with how it feels. There are some areas where the thread is snagged. However, there are no noticeable stains on the ice pack pockets or overall, so I have categorized it as "no noticeable scratches or stains."
