Thank you for viewing. I purchased this new and stored it in a dark place after use. There are no noticeable scratches, but there are some minor scratches and scuffs. It used to light up, but I couldn't confirm if the battery is dead or if it's broken, but it didn't light up when I checked. It's an old item, so there may be some age-related deterioration. Please purchase if you understand this. I will disassemble it for shipping.
