Paul Mauriat Soprano Saxophone Mouthpiece (Like New) This is the mouthpiece that came with the new Paul Mauriat soprano saxophone I purchased. I am selling it because I bought a different mouthpiece. I tried it once with a mouthpiece patch. The sound is somewhat hard, but the response when blowing is quick, and the entire instrument resonates well. I think it's a very well-made mouthpiece. I thought it was good enough to keep as a second mouthpiece, but I am selling it to focus on other mouthpieces. I looked into the opening, but I couldn't find any written information. Since the playing feel is almost the same as the "Otto Link Soprano Saxophone Mouthpiece Rubber Opening: 6*" I currently use, I believe it is equivalent to "6*" (1.60mm)... between Selmer H and Dukoff D5 and D6. (Please consider this as a guideline only) I think this mouthpiece is easy to play for saxophone beginners and enjoyable for intermediate and advanced players. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item or are overly concerned about details. Please understand that I am an amateur, so I may miss some minor details.
