As shown in the image, there is a slight loss of cotton in the toe area. I haven't used these for everyday wear. I mainly used them on cold days when watching my child's baseball games, so I think they are still in wearable condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. The size is 24, but the tag inside says "men's."
