This is a set of 22 pieces, as shown in image 1. They are new and unused. They are still in the bag, presumably from a retail store. There is a large tear where a large price tag was removed. I opened one bag. The tubes are not secured with tape, so they can be opened, and I opened one to take a picture. See image 6. From the outside, they don't appear to have been used, and I don't think any are missing. I have taken pictures of all of them from the bottom, so please take a look.
