This reversible raincoat features a colorful border on one side and solid navy on the other. I've only used the border side. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it has been worn for two seasons, so there is some wear and tear. For those who understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home by a private individual (o^^o)
