Product Description: This is a set of two unopened Toon Sylvania figures of "Phil" purchased a long time ago. The blister packs have discoloration, stains, scuffs, and scratches due to aging. There are also stains inside the clear plastic that cannot be removed. The backing cards also have scuffs, scratches, and stains. Some parts of the backing cards are warped and have creases. The left figure (in the first photo) has noticeable stains inside the front of the blister pack that cannot be removed, as well as scratches and dents. The right figure (in the first photo) is believed to have a talking function, but the battery is dead and it does not make any sound. Please understand that these are old, used items. They will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped via Yu-Pack. * The cardboard box (in the 13th photo) will be reused.
