It seems to be modeled after the stained glass rose window in the southwest transept of Canterbury Cathedral. Made by Winged Heart, UK. It's made of double-layered glass, so it's resistant to scratches and damage, and is said to last a long time. Some websites mention fading in sunlight, so it might be better to use it indoors.
