This is a vintage Woolrich block check wool shirt. I purchased it from a major reuse shop. There are no noticeable scratches, stains, or moth holes, which are common with wool shirts. Considering it was made in the 1980s, I think it's in pretty good condition. The tag has multiple language markings, so it's possible it was made in the 1990s, but even then, it's still an item from about 30 years ago. The size is M.
