I bought this new and my child played with it when they were little. All the small items are included. (Although only one tray is shown in the second photo, there are two as shown in the third photo.) As a bonus, I will include the small items like Kokin-chan shown in the fourth photo. I have cleaned everything and there are no noticeable stains, but there are some minor scratches. (See photo 5) I will put the small items in a Ziploc bag and pack the toy box with cushioning material for shipping. If you would like, I can wrap the box in wrapping paper to prevent shipping labels from being attached. Please comment before purchasing if you would like this service.
