Photo 1 shows the finished product, with 36 pieces (12 pieces x 3 tiers). Photo 4 shows the pre-treatment, and photo 5 shows the coating. This is then compressed into the final product. Considering shipping costs, I've made it thinner and taller than the previous version, increasing the volume while balancing pumice and red clay to reduce weight. It's not too hard, not too soft. I've shipped to Niigata, Iwate, and Okayama prefectures with no reports of significant crumbling, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned.
