I bought this at an outlet in Hawaii a few years ago. I didn't use it as my main bag, only when I used a smaller bag, so there's not much sign of use. I don't see any fraying or scuffing on the corners. I have noticed some darkening in the coin purse area. It's quite simple, so it seems like men could use it too. It's still in good condition and can be used for a long time, so I appreciate your consideration.
