This is a nursing cover. I purchased it at Birthday. It has an adjustable loop at the neckline, allowing you to use it while keeping an eye on your baby. I've only used it once or twice when going out, so it has been used very few times and is in overall good condition. There are no noticeable stains or tears. It has been washed and stored at home.
