This is a Franfran wine glass I received a few years ago. The glass itself is unused, but the box has noticeable stains, scratches, and dents. (There are more than just the red circles in the photos.) The condition of the box is poor. When shipping, I'm considering packing the box with cushioning material because I'm worried about it breaking. I may also tape the opening of the box.
