I purchased this from the Korean brand, poisson. It's a knit sweater with a floral design and frills. It's super cute! The size is listed as S. It's a bit tight, so it was used for children around 70-80 cm tall. It's a knit, but there isn't much wear and tear, except for the frills at the hem, which show some signs of use.
