This is a navy blue wool ensemble. Both the haori (jacket) and kimono show very little wear. Since it's wool, it's a single layer, and it has shoulder pads similar to sarashi (bleached cotton). These have faded with age. There is also a small hole on the back. The haori has a blue synthetic fiber lining, and it also has strings attached, so a haori cord is not needed.
