Aizu-nuri Lacquerware Sushi Rice Tub with Wooden Rice Paddle This is a large sushi tub for making chirashi-zushi (scattered sushi). It is Aizu-nuri lacquerware, with a vermilion interior and a black exterior with vermilion lines. The underside of the lid has the inscription "Celebration of Completion" along with a name and date. The diameter is approximately 36cm, and the height is 7cm. With the lid on, the height is 9cm. Although it is a new, unused item, please understand that it has been stored at home.
