This is a Mimo-no plush toy from "Okasan to Issho" (Let's Go with Mama). It's sold at NHK Square for 3080 yen. I bought it for my child two years ago, but they didn't play with it at all, so I'm giving it away to someone who will use it. The white spot visible in the center of the second photo, between the head and the plate, is where the glue has come off due to aging. *I haven't re-glued it.
