This was purchased a few years ago at a shop in Shibuya 109. It's knee-length, and it originally came with clear shoulder straps, but they have deteriorated, so I'm selling it without them. The waist ribbon is removable and can be tied in the front or back, depending on what suits you. As shown in the third photo, it has internal elastic to prevent it from slipping down, so you can wear it without straps, but you can attach commercially available ones.
