This item is a variant version featuring Michael Vick in an Atlanta Falcons black jersey. As you can see from the back of the package and the attached photo (reference/standard version), the standard version wears a white jersey, while the black jersey version is a rare Chase Variant. It is an unopened item, and the clamshell has few dents, but there are some scratches. Since it is over 23 years old, the clamshell shows some yellowing.
