I bought this about two years ago and wore it once to a wedding. The size is XS, but it fits me perfectly, and I usually wear a size M (or sometimes S). I am 156cm tall and of average build. The pockets are fake. Please check the photos for the size details. I've only worn it once, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
