Thank you for viewing. I am selling a raw vintage RV-6264. It's an early model, and after trying various ones, I feel that this early label version was made with a lot of care. It has been aged from the beginning, but it also has real aging from actual use. This 6264, when used on my Strat, has a sound with a strong mid-range and a three-dimensional feel. The front pickup has a rich tone, and the rear pickup has a slightly dry feel, making it great for cutting rhythms! Overall, it has a glossy and pleasant sound. In terms of genre, I think it would suit rock music. It's highly recommended for those who like the sound of John Frusciante's '62 Strat! Basically, it brings out the sound of the guitar it's installed in, and doesn't add much coloration, so it might not be suitable for those who want to change the sound with the pickups. It's a valuable and good pickup, so I'm still hesitant, and I'll keep it if it doesn't sell. I will also include a Monterey? pickup cover. This also has real scratches from use. Thank you.
