This is a 5-inch mini scissor from Succeed. There are some rust-like marks at the base of the handle, but they do not affect the use at all. The blades also have plenty of volume remaining, and the condition is not bad at all. The feel and sharpness are in excellent condition. For reference, it cuts very sharply without catching on tissue paper. I had it sharpened, so you should be able to use it immediately, but if you are looking for a particular sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before use.
