This is a bamboo fan made for employees of Taisho Marine and Fire Insurance, one of the predecessors of Mitsui Sumitomo Marine. It is thought that my grandfather received it from his uncle, who was an employee. There are no noticeable scratches, but there are some holes due to age-related deterioration.
