This is a stuffed pouch of Oshiri Kajiri Mushi (Butt-Biting Bug). The zipper is open as shown in the third photo, but it doesn't seem like it can hold much. It's squishy and feels nice to the touch, so I think it would be good to use it as a stuffed toy. It's unused, but it's old, so there are some stains here and there, but they are not noticeable. Please note that there are individual differences in the assessment of condition, so please take a look at the photos and purchase only if you are satisfied.
