These are violin pegs made by GOTOH, a company famous for guitar tuners, etc. Traditional violin pegs are pushed in to secure them, but these pegs allow you to adjust the tightness with screws. I have also installed them on my practice violin, and they are easy to use. I bought these as spares, but I have some in stock, so I will sell them. They are compatible with 4/4 and 3/4 size violins. Installation is not that difficult, but it might be best to ask a workshop to do it for peace of mind. Wittner fine-tuning pegs have a very disappointing appearance, but these GOTOH pegs are made to resemble ebony pegs, with a design that has no sense of incongruity in terms of color and texture.
