This is a LOEWE fountain pen. There are some minor scratches from aging, but overall, it's in good condition. This model has already been discontinued, so it's considered rare. Ink is not included, and I have not tested it for writing, so please be aware of this before purchasing. The included accessories are the pen itself and a leather case.
