This is a neck strap card holder with a reel, purchased from Tokyu Hands. I've only used it a few times, but as you can see in the fifth attached photo, there is a stain from a permanent marker on the corner. The color is a deep emerald green. The reel function works normally. Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home. Thank you for your understanding.
