This is a set of MyCutto & its dedicated cushion. I purchased it through TV shopping. I have only used it a few times. *I have lost the instruction manual. You insert the MyCutto into the dedicated cushion and use it by vibrating it. Even without the instructions, the usage is simple, so I don't think it will be a problem. *There are some scratches and yellowing on the white sponge part of the cushion. Otherwise, I think there are no noticeable stains or scratches. *There is no box. It has batteries installed from when I bought it, so it's ready to use immediately!
