Fringer Mount Adapter FR-NZ1 (Lens side: Canon EF / Body side: Nikon Z) with electronic contacts is for sale. It was working without any problems until recently. Compatibility may vary depending on the lens, so I'm not sure if it will work with your lens. The exterior has no noticeable scratches and is in good condition, I think. The original box and instruction manual are included.
