I made a handmade obi (sash) using new fabric. It's a bit large. I think it would look great on someone with a larger build. I wanted to create a cool, refreshing feel with lace fabric, so I purchased lace. However, the paper core inside is prone to bending. When tying it, please reshape it by pressing it flat, such as under a cushion on a chair, before use. You may also find it has lost its shape upon arrival.
