The card is in quite beautiful condition. There are no white spots, and the condition is ◎ (excellent). As shown in the second image, it is packaged in plastic. Dust and scratches visible in the images are inside the plastic wrap. There are absolutely no issues with the card itself. Grading status: PSA 10
