The reason for the item being "junk" is as follows: The Mega Drive console works normally, but the AV cable connection on the console side is loose and has poor contact. Wiggling the cable causes the video to display and sound to output. The power switch also works, but it is a little loose. The HORI Mega Commander has been tested for the Start, Select, A, B, C buttons, and the D-pad, but the other buttons and the rapid-fire function have not been tested. The adapter is missing.
