This is a soft vinyl figure of Ikima, a character from Steel Jeeg, popular in anime, manga, and games. It was new, unopened, and unused, but it was dirty, so I opened it and wiped it lightly with a disinfectant wipe. There are folds in the cape and some minor dirt.
