Morris B-50 This is a 12-string acoustic guitar by Morris, likely made in 1979 (serial number starts with 9). It has a spruce top and rosewood sides and back. The back is a 3-piece construction of chestnut and rosewood. The ebony fingerboard with its black color and hexagon inlays is striking. String height is 2.5mm on the 6th string side and 2.0mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret. Since acquisition, the bridge has been modified by a workshop with bolts embedded on both sides to secure it and prevent bridge separation (see photo 4 - the bolt heads are neatly embedded and barely visible). The tuning pegs function properly, although there is some slight variation in their stiffness. As this is an item from about half a century ago, there are scratches and dents.
