This is a "Karaoke Stage Microphone" that I purchased when Cutie Honey F was broadcast. I played with it when I was a child. It's no longer available. It comes with freshly installed batteries. There are many scratches overall. I have confirmed that the sound and light both work, but please be aware of this if you are concerned. The buttons respond when pressed a little firmly. I don't have the original box, so I can't include it. Please understand that this item has been stored by an amateur and is judged by an amateur's eye.
