The Positive Ring is new and unopened. Regarding the penlight, after confirming its functionality, the batteries were removed and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent leakage and rust (see image 3). It has not been used. Both items have been stored in a dark place, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items stored by a non-professional.
