The previous owner repaired a crack in the center seam of the top. There are no noticeable scratches on the back of the neck or the edges of the headstock. The string height is approximately 2.5mm on the 6th string side and approximately 2.0mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret, adjusted to be as low and easy to play as possible. The saddle remaining height is approximately 3mm from the bridge at its highest point. The nut width is approximately 43mm as measured with calipers, and the neck is a thin, half-round shape. The frets have more than 90% life remaining. There are no noticeable dents or wear on the fingerboard surface caused by fingernails. The neck has no warping, and has been adjusted to be almost straight on the fingerboard side. The adjustable rod showed some adjustment leeway. There is no lifting of the bridge, and no bulging of the surrounding top. There is no tobacco smell or other unusual odors. There are some noticeable paint repairs, but it's in quite good condition. Also, because the final adjustment is made after stringing with new strings, the 1st or 3rd string may occasionally break soon after delivery. Strings are consumables, so please understand in that case. It will be shipped in the manufacturer's original hard case shown in the pictures. The hard case has scratches, stains, and rust on the metal fittings, but it does not interfere with normal use. The case is an included accessory and is sold as-is.
