The left cuff has no elastic fabric. The right cuff is barely remaining. Purchased from a vintage clothing store, and after washing to remove stains, the fabric at the hem deteriorated to the point of tearing. *The hem was worn tucked inside. The zipper opens and closes normally. The leather parts of the suspenders have color fading. See images. One of the suspender attachment buttons on the back is missing.
