This is a used item, but it was repurchased after my child lost the original, so it hasn't been used for very long. ^-^ The cream to improve the slide was unused, but when I opened it for the photos, my finger slipped and touched it. It's not something that goes on the mouthpiece, but I'll include it. If you don't need it, please let me know. Please understand that this is a used item.
