This is an old Shino-yaki tea bowl with a unique pattern and texture, passed down from my great-grandfather, a large landowner in the early Meiji period. It is an exquisite tea bowl with no cracks or chips. The tea bowl features the distinctive Shino-yaki pattern resembling rice ears, along with a white glaze surface displaying fire color and pinholes. The underside is engraved with characters and designs. The box is properly inscribed, and the wrapping cloth for the tea bowl also has calligraphy on it.
