This is an ironing board used for making kimonos. The cover is discolored and shows its age. I tried using it, and it works fine. It's a large finishing board. If you're concerned, there are screws, so you can either replace the cover, or you can use it perfectly well with a cover over it. Of course, you can use it as is. Covers are sold on Amazon.
