This is a bobblehead doll of Poko-chan, dating back over 60 years. The eyes open and close depending on the angle. While similar Pecko-chan dolls can be found online, Poko-chan is a rare item. According to family memory, it was obtained over 60 years ago at a Fujiya store in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. (I don't have any further details.) It's a very old item, but it has been carefully stored in a case, so there are no cracks or repairs. It's in good condition for its age, but there are small paint chips and age-related dirt on the base.
