Thank you for looking. This is a corduroy fabric with a slight stretch. It was a gift, so I don't know how often it was used, but it was never worn in our home. I am listing it because I, as the seller, do not find any damage to the fabric on the knees or seat to be a concern and have judged it to be in good condition. The elastic waistband makes it easy to put on and take off, and easy to wash.
