I purchased this a few years ago. There are no scratches, but there is some soiling on the collar and cuffs. The hood is removable. It's a long length, so it will keep you warm. There was a waist belt, but it has been lost. Please purchase if you understand the above. I can't offer much of a discount because it's a bulky item. Size...S Short lengths are common, but this is a long down coat, which you don't see very often.
