The Shimakaze, completed in 1943, was a top-class destroyer with a top speed of 40.9 knots and enhanced electrical equipment. This model represents the final version, refitted in 1944. It was equipped with three 5-tube torpedo launchers, but they were never used due to the changing times. The bow features an unprecedented clipper design. The overall length is 370mm. Handrails on the bow and mast rigging (with flags) have been added.
