The color is black. I've used it for about 2 years. It has been cleaned with home cleaning, so you can use it immediately. Because it was stored in a covered bicycle parking area, there is almost no fading, but there are small scratches and a small hole of about 4mm on the back of the basket in the third image. (It's not very visible when installed) It looks clean at a glance, so it's still in good condition and can be used!
