This is a large Seto-yaki teapot ornament. It cannot be used as a teapot because there are no holes. It's a rare Shino ware teapot, with a nice, aged glaze. It's sure to catch the eye if placed at the entrance of a tea shop or the entryway of a restaurant. There is a small chip on the part that fits with the lid, but there are no noticeable cracks or chips on the visible exterior.
