This is a K10PG heart-shaped pendant necklace. It has a round hole for adjustment at 5cm. The color is pink gold, and the top is small, about 7mm, so it's not too flashy and is very cute. I've gained weight and it no longer suits me as I've gotten older, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who can use it. Length: Approximately 40cm There is a "K" mark, so I think it might be from Kumikyoku, but I'm not certain.
