It's made of silver-colored metal with lots of dangling pearls, and it has a slightly glossy black ribbon that ties at the back of the neck. You can adjust the length by where you tie the ribbon. I think it would be very cute to add a touch of sweetness to a chic outfit. From a casual inspection, the ribbon is also beautiful, and it appears to have almost no signs of wear. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored at home for a long time. The design is a bit complex, so please feel free to comment if it's difficult to understand from the photos alone. I am not currently considering lowering the price.
